FAQ’s

At Analog Counseling, we know starting therapy can be confusing and you might not feel your best. Feel free to ask us anything, anytime. We're here to talk with you!

How do I begin therapy?

Reach out! You can schedule an appointment by clicking the button on the home page, emailing, or calling us at 913-294-7769. If you prefer, you can also sign up for our newsletter for more information.

What is the parking situation like?

Parking at our office is convenient. You'll typically find spaces right in the front, and worst case scenario, you might have to park on the side. The building is single-story and has its own parking lot, so nothing is too far away.

How do I find your office?

When you arrive, follow the walkway to the back left where we are located. Our office is shared with Dr. Tony Evans (functional med/chiropractic), Dr. Jeremy Bullimore (chiropractic), Ruby Nichole (massage therapist), Elise Thomson (neurofeedback), and others. Look for the Analog logo on the window to easily spot our office suite.

Just come inside and take a seat. Help yourself to some water while you wait for our appointment time. You might be greeted by one of the friendly practitioners in the office—they are always welcoming.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are 50 minutes.

Do you take Insurance?

At this time, Analog Counseling, including Aaron and all contractors, do not accept insurance. However, superbills can be provided upon request. Superbills are receipts that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network benefits. Please check with your insurance provider to determine your eligibility. All Analog services will remain out of network.

How long does therapy last?

Therapy duration can vary widely among individuals, but a rough estimate is anywhere from six months to several years with weekly sessions. We understand that this may seem like a significant commitment. In a world where instant gratification is often expected, therapy stands out for its slower, more deliberate approach.

At Analog Counseling, we emphasize the importance of this journey. True transformation is a process that demands time and effort. We believe in the value of therapy, which is why we engage in our own therapeutic work. If you are intrigued by the idea of embarking on this path with us, we invite you to reach out for a complimentary initial phone consultation to discuss this further.
