Sessions

Sessions are 50 minutes long unless otherwise states by the clinician or coach.

Policies

Insurance

We do not take any insurance but do offer super bills (the types of receipts you can turn in to insurance for out of network benefits) if requested. If interested talk with your therapist to find out more. You would also need to verify with your insurance.

Cash, Check & Cards

Payment

Payment is due at each session. If you have a card on file for payment the clinician will run that, you don’t have to do anything.

Cancellation

Each practitioner has a 24 hour cancellation policy meaning if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time (for any reason) or don’t show up at all you will still be billed for the entire appointment. In order to secure this option we require all patients to keep a card on file.
